On Wednesday, October 2, 2024, the League of Women Voters of Lewis-Clark Valley and the LC Valley Chamber of Commerce invite the community to a crucial candidate forum at the Lewiston City Library, starting at 6 PM. This event is an excellent opportunity for residents to engage with legislative candidates from Idaho Districts 6 and 7, as well as Nez Perce County commissioner candidates.

Attendees will hear directly from candidates as they discuss their goals and respond to questions from the audience. Additionally, other county, state, and local candidates will be present to share their visions for our community.

A highlight of the evening will be a presentation by Dr. Hoffman, a Professor at Lewis-Clark State College, who will shed light on ranked-choice voting, a significant topic on Idaho's upcoming ballot. Dr. Hoffman will explain how ranked-choice voting works and answer any questions attendees may have about this important issue.
