On Thursday, August 25, 2022, at 7:00 PM, the LWV Elmhurst will host it's monthly program at the Elmhurst Public Library. The topic will be gun violence prevention, and our keynote speaker will be Shannon Moran, the Membership Lead for the Elmhurst chapter of Moms Demand Action (MDA). Ms. Moran will discuss both assault riflles and the MDA's recent initiatives.
