For the month of October, the LWV Elmhurst is encouraging everyone to read as part of the
One Book, One Elmhurst initiative!
 
Elmhurst University and the Elmhurst Public Library are co-sponsoring this program, which uses one book to promote community-wide reading and engagement. This year’s featured title is Three Girls from Bronzeville: A Uniquely American Memoir of Race, Fate, and Sisterhood by Dawn Turner.
 
Ms. Turner will discuss her book on Thursday, October 26, 2023, at 7:00 PM
at Elmhurst University in the Founders Lounge (Frick Center).
