Rules and Regulations

1. Open to Kansas residents.
2. One entry ONLY per participant.
3. Members of the LWVMRC leadership team are not eligible.
4. All complete entries will be entered into the contest. The winner will be selected at random from all entries.
5. The winner will be announced on Nov. 5, 2019. The winner will be contacted via email and receive a $50 gift card as a prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified for any reason, LWVMRC reserves the right to determine an alternate winner.
6. The contest begins on October 6th, 2019 at 12 am (CST) and ends on November 4 2019, at 11:59 pm (CST).
7. By participating in the contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of LWVMRC. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. 
8. If the conduct or outcome of the contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of LWVMRC reserves the right to terminate this contest or make such other decisions regarding the outcome. All decisions made by LWVMRC are final.
