This event is postponed until furthur notice:  Dr. Brianne Heidbreder of Kansas State University will share with us the causes and implications of gerrymandering and the current status of the debate on the Electoral College.  We are pleased to have Dr. Heidbreder back with us to present this crucial information. Dr. Heidbreder is the Graduate Program Director and Associate Professor of Political Science in the Kansas State Department of Political Science.
