Jessica Ashmore, MSW
Special Projects Manager
Washtenaw County Trial Court, Juvenile Division

Jessica is currently the Special Projects Manager for the Juvenile Division of the Trial Court. In this role she oversees: the Prevention, Education & Permanency Unit, the court's participation in the Day Treatment Program and the Behavioral Health Treatment Program (BHTP).

Jessica’s focus is largely on creating experiential learning opportunities for young people. She has designed, implemented, and facilitated multiple community-based programs for court-involved youth that build both life and employable skills. Creating partnerships with youth-serving and/or community agencies is a large part of this effort, to provide youth and families with support and engagement opportunities when no longer directly court involved.
