The Sept. 12 gathering featured keynote speaker Michelle Trupiana, Executive Director of Missouri Family Health Council, Inc. She said the group does all the administrative work on Title X programs so "health centers can do what they do best - provide high-quality care." Trupiano said contraception is at risk with polls showing many Missourians don't realize all forms of birth control are legal in Missouri.
