In 2023 the League of Women Voters of Missouri endorsed what became Amendment 3 on the November, 2024 ballot. The 2024 LWVUS Convention approved a resolution to reaffirm the League’s commitment to fight for reproductive rights and justice and against disinformation on this issue. LWVMO board member and LWVSTL co-president Joan Hubbard presented the resolution at the convention.
To read the Amendment 3 ballot language, the League's fact sheet on Amendment 3, the text of Hubbard's successful resolution, and the full text of the constitutional amendment itself, please consult the League of Women Voters of Missouri reproductive rights page.
