Join the League of Women Voters and the National Institute for Civil Discourse in a session to learn how to evaluate our values and then act from those values, while understanding the importance of small, intentional actions inside our circles of influence to create ripples. The session will include interactive breakout opportunities and learning on how to use a tool that can help us face the challenges of division in our politics today.

The International Relations Study Group of the League of Women Voters of Central Delaware County has been active for years studying different countries meeting monthly on the second Tuesday at 12:30 pm. To generate discussion the group uses the Great Decisions Briefing Book resources put out by the Foreign Policy Association. The topic for November 2024 is the Mideast Realignment.

The Media Area Branch NAACP will hold its 100th Jubilee dinner Friday, Nov. 8, 2024 from 6:30 PM to 10 PM at the Springfield Country Club, 400 W Sproul Rd, Springfield, PA. This historic event will be a testament to a century of resilience, advocacy, and progress in our community.

The NAACP Media Branch will honor local individuals and organizations fighting for social justice. Our League of Women Voters (LWV) of Central Delaware County (CDC) is being honored for our work and mission to Empower Voters and Defend Democracy.
