Join Centennial Circle members for wine and hors d'oeuvres as we anticipate LWV's 100th anniversary in 2020 and envision our future. A special guest will make a special appearance!
Historical performer Rosemary Staples will appear as Carrie Chapman Catt, suffragist, and founder of the League of Women Voters. She will speak to the struggles and successes of women and how they won the right to vote.
Step back into time. Dress, if you like, as they did in the 1920's- flouncy hats, gloves, white for women, bowlers for men? Festivities begin at 5 pm.; the program will begin at 5:45 p.m.
Attendance is limited to the first 50 RSVP's.
