As Pennsylvanians, we are fortunate to benefit from many important voting reforms in time for this year’s election. In addition to improved deadlines and paper-verifiable ballots, we can now vote by mail without an excuse. We also have access to a great on-line resource for everything you need to know about voting in our Commonwealth – votespa.com. Inconsistencies exist between the counties (i.e. Delaware, Montgomery, and Chester) because each County Board of Election is in charge of elections for its own eligible votes. Nonetheless, there are many commonalities.
