HB 1070. Modifying Allowed Use of Local Tax Revenue for Affordable Housing. To include the acquisition and construction of affordable housing and facilities.  It would expand the the allowable uses of and population to be served by the 1/10 of one percent tax for affordable housing.  This bill passed the House of Representatives and has been forwarded to the Senate.   TAKE ACTION
