April 23rd, Noon. Virtual on Zoom Delaware Valley University One Health Seminar: “Promoting Climate Action".

Presenter: Linda Steg is professor of environmental psychology at the University of Groningen.
 
One Health is a multi-disciplinary approach that works locally, regionally, nationally, and globally to attain optimal well-being for people and society, the environment and plants, and animals. Together, the three major components make up the One Health triad, and the well-being of each is inextricably linked to the others in the triad. The One Health Seminar Series brings speakers to campus to address a variety of One Health-related topic. All are welcome, but you must register for the Zoom Webinar event at www.delval.edu/onehealth 

 

April 23, 6:00 - 8:00 pm.   AAUW Women's Advocacy Workshop

Participants will learn about the most current and urgent issues facing Planned Parenthood PA, particularly threats to federal funding of Title X and Paid Family Leave legislation making progress in Harrisburg.  The session will cover Advocacy Fundamentals and participants will take ACTION during the workshop!  The workshop is free and will be held at Delaware Valley University.
