The public is invited to a drop-in event to learn about threats to voting rights and to the democratic process in Ohio. Participants will learn about recent changes to Ohio voting laws and ways to construct responses to make their voice heard.

The event is self-paced and will be held on May 4 from 6-8pm in the Howe Center at King Library on Miami University’s Oxford Campus. It is free and open to everyone. Food and prizes will be provided, including a raffle to win an iPad.

The event is sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Oxford, The Miami University Wilks Institute for Leadership and Service, and the Miami University Howe Center for Writing Excellence.
