The League of Women Voters of Oxford will present a public educational program at 7pm on April 8th called "What Levies are on the May 5th Ballot?” The program provides a presentation about two levies that will be on local ballots in the May 5, 2026 primary election. Our two guest speakers are:

• Lee Ann Emmons, Superintendent, Butler County Board of Developmental Disabilities to discuss the 2.0-mill additional levy; her perspective is vital for residents to understand the essential services at stake.
• Bruce Henry, Hanover Township Administrator, will speak to the Hanover Township additional 5.0-mill Fire Levy, and the impact for residents.  

These experts will present information and answer questions at the program, which will take place at 7 pm on April 8, 2026 at the Hanover Township Community Center, 2595 Old Oxford Road, Hamilton, Ohio. The program is free and open to all.
