On May 8, 2023, the League of Women Voters of Oxford conducted a moderated forum with members of the Talawanda School District Board and administration to discuss current school district budget constraints and to learn more about the cuts to spending that are being made.

Panelists were Talawanda School District Superintendent, Dr. Edward Theroux; Treasurer and CFO, Ms. Shaunna Tafelski; and Talawanda School board members Dr. Kathleen Knight-Abowitz and Mr. Chris Otto.
