Kids Voting Ohio is a statewide program designed to prepare young people to be educated, engaged voters. Over 40 school districts in Ohio participated in Kids Voting in 2022. This program provides a combination of classroom instruction, family dialogue, and an authentic voting experience for Talawanda students grades 3-12. The League of Women Voters of Oxford is pleased to continue working with teachers and administrators of Talawanda Schools to sponsor Kids Voting Ohio.

General Information:
• The sample ballot is for students in 3rd through 12th grades.
• Study material available for candidates on the ballot and voting procedures are found in the Voter Information Guide, www.vote411.org, Butler County Board of Elections, and websites for the Republican Party, Democratic Party or individual candidates.
• Kids Voting instructional materials are available in each building
• “Future Voter of Ohio” stickers are given to each student voter.
