Support of local, consistent, year-round transportation for the elderly and/or disabled in the Oxford area financed by public and private funding (1979; amended 2010, 2013, 2015, 2021).
Miami University provides monetary support to BCRTA for the bus system. However, when the university is not in session, BCRTA reduces routes and level of service which makes it less convenient for local people to use.
