Oregon has a crisis of affordable housing.  Ms. Ellin and Mr. Brown explained how Federal, State and the affordable housing bond dollars will be spent in Clackamas Couny.  More affordable housing will be built along with development of wrap around services needed for the homeless or soon-to-be evicted.  An important plan for the future of our county.
