Important - LWV Clackamas uses PayPal to process ALL electronic payments.  It is not necessary to have a Paypal account to make a payment via Paypal.  The screen shots below are for the website Join feature. If making a Donation, Paypal will show slightly different screens. 

Without an account:

After you hit the Join page "Buy Now" button, you will be redirected to PayPal and land on Screen 1 (image below), Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card".

This will take you to Screen 2 (image below).  Enter your payment details, deselect the "Create Account" button and submit.  Your payment will process but no account will be created.
