Since 2020, the League of Women Voters has partnered with Power the Polls to recruit poll workers. As Leagues prepare for upcoming local elections and gear up for a busy election season, it is critical to recruit poll workers to ensure safe, free, and fair elections for all voters. 

National Poll Worker Recruitment Day August 12, 2025 is a day of action established by the US Election Assistance Commission (EAC) to encourage people to sign up to be poll workers and help ensure free and fair elections. Be a Worker for DEMOCRACY.
