Topic: Redistricting

Now that voters have created the citizen-led Redistricting Commission, what is happening?  How can local citizens share their thoughts about Montgomery County’s community of interest to shape our state House and Senate districts?
 
We will have an update on the commission’s progress and a date when census data will be released. Come with your questions and also with your opinions about whether our community should be grouped with Roanoke or more New River Valley communities as districts are redrawn.
