SB 5015. Concerning Fradulent Portrayal of Ballot Boxes.  This bill makes it a gross misdemeanor to represent an unofficial ballot collection site or device as an official ballot drop box that has been established by the county auditor.  The bill pass out of the Senate State Government and Rules Committee on Jan 20 and has moved to the Rules Committee for second reading.   TAKE ACTION
