HB1054 Places Restrictions on the Use of Certain Tactics and Equipment used by Peace Officers.  This includes neck restraints and chokeholds, police dogs, military equipment, and vehicular pursuits.  This bill is scheduled for a public hearing on  Thursday, March 11 at 10:30am in the Senate Law  & Justice committee.  TAKE ACTION
