HB1297 This bill will provide a remittance to families qualified because they are eligible for the federal earned income tax credit.  This is the other end of creating additional balance in the state tax structure.  It has pass the House 94-2 and has passed the Senate Human Services, Rentry and Rehabilitation CommiteeThis bill is cheduled for public hearing in the Senate Committee on Ways & Means on March 30 at 1:30 PM (Subject to change).  TAKE ACTION  Select 'Ways and Means" as the committee.  "March 30" as the date, "HB 1297"  as the bill, select " I would like my position noted for the legislative record" and select "pro" to support
