SB5235  Increasing Housing Unit Inventory by Removing Arbitrary Limits on Housing Options. This would remove restrictions on accessory dwelling units and unrelated occupants living together ( such as in a boarding house). This bill passed the Senate on Feb 24 and is now in the House of Representatives; scheduled for public hearing in the House Local Government committee on Wednesday, March 10 at 10:00 am. (Rep.
