The Healthy California for All Commission, which was established in December, 2019, has released a draft of its final report.  It is available on the Commission website under Reports/Key Design Decisions.  

The report will be revised based on Commissioner comments and the final version will be released one week in advance of the last Commission meeting scheduled for April 25.  Following final consideration, the report will be sent to Governor Newsom.  It will be posted on the Commission website with guidelines regarding public comment. Public comment which meets basic guidelines will be posted as part of the public record.
