Jackson Women’s Health Organization, which overturns the constitutional right to abortion as recognized for nearly 50 years in the landmark cases of Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey:
California must lead the way to strengthen and expand reproductive freedom. SCA 10 (Atkins) amends California’s constitution to explicitly protect the right to abortion and contraception.
