Voter’s Edge – Volunteer Opportunites Starting in August for 11/8/22 General Election

The November 8, 2022 General Election will include more than 100 contests in Contra Costa County, with hundreds of candidates seeking office.

Would you like to be part of the Voter's Edge (VE) Team? Volunteers are needed to help gather candidate and measure information, enter it into on the Data Entry System (DES), and review and publish candidate submissions.

Time Commitment:
  • Training in August (2 hours, plus mentoring)
  • 5-10 hours per week in September and October – at flexible times that work for you
  • Vacation plans can be accommodated

LWVC Membership & Technology Manager Sharon Stone will provide training at times below. All training sessions will cover the same content. You only need to attend one!

Training Sessions
  • Thursday, August 4 at 12:00pm
  • Saturday, August 6 at 10:00am
  • Tuesday, August 9 at 6:00pm
  • Wednesday, August 10 at 12:00pm
