The Board of Supervisors will honor the 100th Anniversary of the League of Women Voters, and the women's suffrage movement culminating in the passage of the 19th Amendment, at the beginning of its regular meeting on March 10.

In honor of the 100th Birthday of the League of Women Voters, the League is sponsoring a coordinated Day of Action to strengthen democracy. The League of Women Voters of Diablo Valley will focus on the issue of redistricting.
