This is the regular monthly meeting of the LWV Diablo Valley Board. Agenda items may include financial reports, advocacy decisions and updates, voter service activity plans and information, program planning for future studies and meetings, and membership updates.

This year the program focuses on Equity In The Bay. We begin with keynote speaker, State Senator Scott Wiener to kickoff Bay Area League Day 2023. In addition to Senator Wiener, there will be an Equity in Healthcare panel and panels on land use/transportation planning as well as a panel presentation on the Bay Area Equity Atlas.

It has been two years since voters passed Measure X in November 2020, a new county-wide sales tax to support health and human services for our local neighbors and families. Join us to learn about the decisions for the first year’s Measure X allocations -- what was funded, as analyzed by MXCAB, and what are the gaps still remaining.
