At its meeting on February 10, the Board took the following action:
- Approved a change in phone service vendors
The Board also:
- Discussed the Executive Committee work on Committee Guidelines and internal policies and procedures for the Executive Committee.
- Discussed the recommendations of the Board Assessment Committee for Board improvements.
- Reviewed plans for the Program Planning meeting on February 12.

This is the regular monthly meeting of the LWV Diablo Valley Board. Agenda items may include financial reports, advocacy decisions and updates, voter service activity plans and information, program planning for future studies and meetings, and membership update.
