Government Watchdogs! County Offers Training on Brown Act & More, July 31

League members interested in the nuts and bolts of good government are welcome to attend this training on the Ralph M Brown Act (Open Meeting Act) and the Contra Costa County Sunshine Ordinance. This training is offered regularly to members of county boards, commissions and committees subject to the Act and Ordinance.

Learn about state and local laws on open and public meetings from our presenters:

• Steven Bolen, Deputy District Attorney
• Jami Napier, Chief Assistant Clerk of the Board of Supervisors

Staff, chairpersons, and members of advisory and independent county bodies are encouraged to attend.
