It will bring $348 million back to Contra Costa County to be shared between K-14 schools and local governments. It does this by reassessing large commercial properties to current market value and protects residents from any changes in their Prop 13 property taxes. It also protects small businesses and agricultural lands.

This is a chance to bring reliable increased revenue to every school and local community.
