Ms. Lillian Roach is a multi-faceted lady who has spent life working and volunteering at community service organizations in the Inland Empire for more than 40 years. At Alta Vista Credit Union (AVCU) in Redlands, she served on the Credit Committee for two years, as President of the Supervisory Committee for 10 years, and then the Board of Directors where she continues as Secretary. At the Redlands Church of Christ, she has served as the Newsletter Editor reaching out to shut-in members and also as the Assistant Console Operator preparing the electronic slides for church services. At the Brookside Willow Creek Homeowners Association, Lillian has served on the Board of Directors for 13 years.

Ms. Roach is also a charter member of National Association of Active and Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) where she has served as an elected member of the Executive Board as Treasurer for 12 years and also as the newsletter editor and the chapter greeter and roster keeper for members attending the monthly meetings. Ms. Roach is a retired federal employee of the US Air Force after 35 year of service including 30 years as a member of the Federal Manager's Association (FMA), formerly employed at March ARB and then at Norton AFB serving as Treasurer and Editor of the newsletter.

Wanting to help the young airmen at Norton AFB with their income tax problems, she went to school and got her certification and then also provided tax services to seniors at reduced rates or no fee if circumstances warrant it.

Ms. Lillian Roach is a military widow (US Air Force), a mother of two grown sons (one deceased) and a grandmother of five.
