2024 NCC School Referenda
News

February referendum votes in Brandywine, Red Clay and Colonial districts were passed by the voters. Referenda in Appoquinimink in December and Smyrna in March failed. Appoquinimink will re-try its failed referendum on April 23, 204.

Despite having fulfilled the ratification requirements, the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) has not been published. With just weeks left in office, we are urging President Biden to enshrine gender equality in our Constitution by instructing the US Archivist to publish the ERA. You can help! Read on.
