Violence Against Women – It’s a Man’s Issue is a passionate, blunt TEDx talk by Jackson Katz that reframes how we talk about and represent violence that is happening to women. In this presentation Mr. Katz shifts the cultural structure of language from blaming the women who have experienced the violence to what is happening for the man who is causing the abuse. This talk points out that the violent behaviors in the abuse are tied to how we define manhood.
