"How Much Clean Electricity Do We Really Need?"

The November TED Talk features a presentation that is a part of the TED Talk Climate Change Countdown as well as to the COP26 Summit in Glasgow. Climate author Solomon Goldstein-Rose, in his talk; How Much Clean Electricity Do We Really Need?, offers that we will need more clean electricity rather than less than what is being produced today. Mr. Goldstein-Rose proposes that we need more than to just replace the fossil fuel power plants with clean generation.

Join in this thought-provoking TED talk to hear more about the projected energy needs, the call for building a new global electric system for the vision of a negative carbon emission world, and some intriguing ideas for how the world can get there. Mr. Goldstein-Rose offers the idea that we need to build a global plan that can work ahead of the imperfect politics.
