On Saturday, April 29, 2023, the Oak Hammock Committee hosted a 10th Anniversary Celebration. About 65 people gathered to mark the milestone. Besides great food, some patriotic songs, and a challenging game of identifying important women in the history of women's rights, there was a video history of the 10 years. At the end, June Girard, who started it all, was presented with flowers and informed that $500 was contributed to the LWVFL Education Fund in her honor.
