Professor Neil Buchanan, UF James J Freeland Eminent Scholar Chair in Taxation, Professor of Law will be the presenter. He holds a J.D., a Ph.D. in Economics, and a Ph.D. in Law. Recently, Professor Buchanan has been engaged in the question of whether the U.S. political system can survive as a constitutional democracy.
