LWV of Alachua County is joining LWVFL in supporting the Florida Right to Clean Water campaign (RTCW), which is a constitutional amendment to clarify our priorities and a civil action to enforce our right to clean and healthy waters. The mission is to take this to Florida's voters; to educate them, to collect their petitions, and to ensure their voice is heard.

At the Santa Fe College Student Life Earth Day Celebration, volunteers will circulate through the crowd with petitions. Please vote [at] lwv-alachua.org (contact Voter Services) to volunteer. 

The SFC Student Life Earth Day Celebration encourages students to come out to the Oak Grove in the Library Courtyard to talk to organizations and individuals as we come together to support environmental protection and justice, raise awareness on efforts to slow climate change, and reduce waste as we build a more sustainable campus.
