The League of Women Voters of Idaho’s Legislative Action Committee is reaching out to you with an urgent request regarding H93, the school voucher bill recently passed by the Legislature. This bill threatens to divert critical public education funding to private institutions. Our position states that the League believes that every child in Idaho should have an equal educational opportunity in the “general, uniform, and thorough system of public free common schools” required by Article IX of the Idaho Constitution.

We urge you to contact Governor Little and ask him to veto this harmful legislation. Your voice matters, and together we can protect public education in Idaho.
