The League of Women Voters invites you to a presentation and discussion with Concord’s Land Use Working Group.

Charged by the Select Board, the Land Use Working Group has been examining the Town’s future municipal needs—particularly the challenges facing Public Works and Public Safety facilities, as well as opportunities for administrative consolidation. The group is also considering how these needs align with Concord’s broader goals for commercial development, diverse housing, and recreation and open space.

At this event, the Working Group will report on Phase I of its work. During this phase, members organized into three subcommittees—Municipal Office Consolidation, Public Safety, and Public Works—to investigate current conditions and identify needs.

This is a chance to learn more about the groundwork being laid for future decisions about Concord’s municipal facilities and land use.
