This is a research-based salary negotiation workshop that has been presented across the US and in Montana, designed to help women negotiate for a new job, raise, or promotion.
In the FREE one-hour workshop, participants will gain confidence in their negotiation style through facilitated learning and discussion about:

* The wage gap, including its long-term consequences

* How to identify and articulate their personal value

* How to conduct objective market research to benchmark a target salary and benefits

* How to develop an arsenal of persuasive responses and other negotiation strategies, including how to get a raise or promotion
