Dr. Paul Pope, Associate Professor of Political Science at MSU-Billings, will speak at the noon meeting of Billings League of Women Voters Thursday, November 1. He will offer an overview of the Ballot Initiative I-185 and answer questions about the contradictory information being circulated about the effects of this proposed legislation.

The noon presentation at the Elks Club, 934 Lewis Avenue is free and open to the public. Before the program, a salad lunch is available at 11:30 for $10.
