The LWV of the Bozeman Area and the Bozeman Public Library are hosting Dr. Peter Miller. He will present a talk about the Electoral College on Thursday, August 23 at noon in the Bozeman Public Library large community room.

Dr. Miller earned his doctorate from the University of California, Irvine, in political science in 2013. He traveled to Finland as a Fulbright scholar to study that country's Electoral College in 2016. His research interests include American and comparative politics, voting behaviors, political institutions and public option. His work has been published in the Annual Review of Political Science, the Election Law Journal, American Politics Research and the Journal of Elections, Public Opinion, and Parties. He will begin work at the Brennan Center this fall.
