The Delaware ERA passed the House on 1/10/2019 by a vote of 35 to 6, and in the Senate on 1/16/2019 by a vote of 16 to 5. This is the "second leg" of the Equal Rights Amendment our State Constitution (the "first leg" passed at the end of the 2018 session). This is an historic achievement for women in our state!
