The Town of Elsmere’s 2019 Biennial Municipal Election will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2019. Below is a list of the candidates for office.

For the Office of 2nd District Council:
Ms. Sally A. Jensen
Mr. Robert J. Stewart

All other offices are uncontested, and these candidates will automatically assume office:

Mayor: Mr. Eric Scott Thompson
1st District Council: Mrs. Marianne C. Skipski 
3rd District Council: Mr. Robert L. Kacperski 
4th District Council: Mr. Charles G. McKewen
5th District Council: Mrs. Joann I. Personti
6th District Council: Mr. Brian E. Hurst

Town residents who are at least 17 years old, are U.S. citizens, and have registered as a voter with the Department of Elections for New Castle County can vote in Elsmere town elections. Proof of  identity and address is required.
