The goal is to have a table at each of the 12 libraries once a month for 2 hours at peak times until November. We hope to increase League visibility and engage with current and potential voters, especially young people.

The LWV of Alachua County Santa Fe College campus group is seeking volunteers to assist with voter registration (training required) during the SF Constitution Week Civics Fair. The student chapter will be educating young voters about vote by mail, amendments on the November ballot and more. We are looking for volunteers. Join us!

LWVAC's new Gun Violence Prevention & Safety Committee will meet by Zoom on the third Tuesday of each month. As part of our Listen and Learn series, we are hoping to hear from a representative from Alachua County regarding their efforts to reduce gun violence. We will then discuss our own activities to augment those efforts.
