Town of Middletown Elections are held the first Monday in March. Three Town Council member seats are up for election on the even years and the Mayor and three Town Council member seats are up for election on the odd years.

On March 2, 2020, Robert McGhee, James L. Reynolds, and Robert E. Stout were elected to town council. A total of 761 votes were cast.

Middletown residents who live within the incorporated limits and are at least 18 years old can vote in Middletown municipal elections. Proof of address such as a driver’s license or ID card or a current bank or bill statement is required.
